Looking Back, Looking Forward

Another year is winding down. Time to take stock of our accomplishments for 2012, and start thinking about what we hope to achieve in 2013.

What were your biggest healthy accomplishments in the past year? For me, it was a combination of overcoming my leg injury (thanks for the torture, physical therapists!) and walking my ninth half marathon. I’m also proud of starting this site and deciding to try my hand at becoming certified as a personal trainer.

What are you hoping to achieve next year? I’m looking forward to walking two half marathons, one in the spring and one in the fall. I’m also hoping that I’ll achieve my certification in the coming year, and can start working with people who are interested in improving their health and well-being.
