Question of the day: What do you listen to when you’re working out?
I’m always on the lookout for songs with great, fast beats to add to my collection. I don’t care what genre we’re talking about – I just want something that keeps my heart and legs pumping.
My iPod has just about every musical genre on it that you can think of, with the exception of death metal. Some of my favorite types of music to listen to while I’m out pounding the pavement? 80s pop, and rap. You know, a little “Cruel Summer” by Bananarama or some “Lose Yourself” by Eminem. As long as the beat is right, I can make a workout playlist from boy bands, country crooners, and even Broadway show tunes.
