Fit Five: Sarah

Today’s Fit Five Friday features Sarah from New Mexico. Let’s see what she has to say about health, fitness, and her body.

1. What do you love about your body?

That I grew two amazing children inside of it.

2. What would you like to change about your body?

My post-baby belly complete with 7 inch scar – it seems no matter how hard I work it is here to stay.

3. Have you ever been or are you currently on a diet?

I am not on a diet. I try to eat well and balanced as a rule rather than diet.

4. Have you ever or do you currently belong to a gym? 

I have never belonged to a gym. I have never felt comfortable there – it always feels like everybody is watching you.

5. What does fitness mean to you?

Fitness to me means eating well, exercising  and being active – it is important to me so I will last as long as possible for my kids.
